This role will lead a team of product marketers responsible for driving awareness, understanding, and adoption of our self-service and emerging Amazon Advertising products and features in market. The team is responsible for both inbound and outbound marketing functions including developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Amazon Advertising's self-service ad solutions globally. As a manager, he/she will be responsible for ensuring positioning, collateral, and marketing strategies are well-crafted with a high attention to detail. This team interfaces directly with multiple cross-functional teams, including product, legal, privacy and policy, sales and customer success teams, training, and PR. The ability to effectively partner with and influence these teams will be critical to success. This person will also invent new ways of doing things with an eye for simplifying and improving processes, and be responsible for additional projects to add more value to the business.

Specific functions are as follows:

  • Build and lead team of product marketers responsible for global product marketing

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and training teams, product, sales, insights and analysts, legal, and PR to deliver accurate positioning of our products and solutions

  • Continually raise the bar on development of compelling, data-driven storytelling with an advertiser focus

  • Lead the team that develops go-to-market strategy and adoption-driving initiatives for top business drivers

  • Ability to identify global stakeholder needs, escalate quickly when there is misalignment, and implement team prioritization

  • Ability to identify better ways of working at scale through building new mechanisms and processes

This role will support the Marketing team in driving usage offerings, including registry, vendor marketplace wedding websites, apps and more. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work with Product Marketing team to define and execute compelling marketing positioning and campaigns * Identify new opportunities for The Knot and WeddingWire to generate product demand and usage * Drive internal cross-team transparency on value of new initiatives and improvements * Create onsite messaging, emails, and other materials as needed to communicate product improvements and associated marketing programs * Partner with owners of paid channels to launch, track and optimize customer acquisition related campaigns * Analyze program and campaign effectiveness, share key learnings and make recommendations about future growth opportunities * Proactively stay on top of what our competitors are doing SUCCESSFUL SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGERS HAVE: * Minimum 5-7 years product marketing experience * Works well cross-functionally, particularly with Product and Creative teams * Strong player-coach mentality, excels at strategic thinking as well as rolling up sleeves to get things done * Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritizing and organizing effectively * Outstanding writer and editor with exceptional attention to detail * Understanding of SEO principles preferred * Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism * Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills * Enthusiastic and self-directed with the desire to take initiative * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with all levels of management * Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork and results * Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record At The Knot Worldwide, we believe you are more than a resume and invite you to go for it, take the leap of faith, and apply for this job if it sparks your passion to join TKWW and make a difference!
