About the Role:

The digital product organization is in charge of driving all digital initiatives at the bank. This team is on point to drive massive growth by expanding the breadth of digital capabilities and delivering differentiated value propositions. This role is responsible for driving a significant aspect of our digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Possess strong prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital and cross-channel money management experiences and ideally have exposure to key elements of data visualization & analytics.

  • Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to deliver a breakthrough client-centric experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, or other quantitative major that requires structured problem solving

  • 5-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services

  • 3 years direct knowledge and experience with agile execution

  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability

  • Strong understanding and working experience with design-thinking best practices to deliver industry-defining digital products and experiences

  • Knowledge of Agile routines and experience leading in an Agile environment

This candidate will be expected to have a solid foundation in managing information security policies and a hands-on role that requires a high degree of technical security expertise in ensuring security policies and controls. The selected candidate will play a critical role in coordination and project management between HR, Legal, IT operations and business clients. Key Responsibilities * Develops and executes security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks. * Design security solutions that maintain security and compliance within public cloud while ensuring alignment of technology to business strategy * Develop and implement creative security architectural approaches that utilize proper security controls to meet both ongoing and emerging threats * Administers cybersecurity policies to control physical and virtual access to systems.
