Our pipeline is built out to 2026, and we are anticipating continued growth.Here's a glimpse into what we are offering: * Competitive base salary and an annual bonus* 100% Paid Health, Life, Long/Short Term disability - Dental and Vision offered as well* 401K with Match * Generous Paid Time Off policy (Including vacation, summer Fridays, holidays, personal sick and volunteer day - which we can explain at time of interview)* ESOP - be an employee owner * The Extras: cell phone, laptop, tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, auto & homeowner (mortgage network & insurance savings) and many moreThe Sr Preconstruction Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of preconstruction strategies that will drive the goals of the region and bring value-add for the client during this critical phase.Responsibilities * Pre-Positioning & RFP Stage * Work with Business Lead, Business Development, and PX on strategic project opportunity pursuits. * Manage the RFQ/RFP/Interview process, to understand and develop project specific approach. * Work with internal resources including Construction Management, Marketing, Estimating, Engineering Services to develop project specific content for proposals and interviews which may including estimates, systems cost options analysis, value management, logistics plans, schedules, schedule options analysis, or other project approach content. * Project Delivery Process * Drives Owner, Design team, and Shawmut team to adhere to Preconstruction Workplan. * Provide cost, quality, performance, schedule advice to the design team and owner to assure the best systems/materials are being utilized * Leads or attend all pertinent preconstruction meetings & becomes the go-to-resource who ensures schedule, cost, quality, and constructability considerations become an integral part of all design decisions and ensure no surprises in the areas of cost, schedule, and quality. * Manage Preconstruction Services Budget and Cost Reporting * Track preconstruction services cost to date, forecasted cost and cost variances to RFP proposal developed by PX/OPX. * Track preconstruction services overruns and develop strategies for cost recovery.Qualifications*
