Note: This position is hybrid, located in Dallas, TX (Mondays & Wednesdays in the office)

Position Overview:

The Growth Marketing team is in search of a Senior Performance Marketing Manager focused on Search engine marketing (SEM) who is a data-driven, hands-on, results-oriented, and highly experienced subject matter expert in SEM to help accelerate growth driven from the Paid Search channel. This is a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate daily with growth marketing, product marketing, finance and analytics, product, and engineering teams. The role will be accountable for driving and executing SEM paid media strategies and continuous campaign optimization while creating a consistent and connected experience for the users. The ideal candidate will have experience in an integrated digital marketing environment, executing paid search strategy as a part of and in collaboration with other digital channels and teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Director of SEM on the development of comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with business goals

  • Execute, manage, and optimize large-scale SEM campaigns across multiple lines of business and platforms

  • Manage and optimize Text, Performance Max, Video, and App campaign ad serving across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads

  • Execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, conversions, margins, and desired ROAS and CACs

  • Develop, implement, and oversee QA processes to ensure accuracy in the delivery and execution of paid search strategy and precise trafficking of tracking parameters

  • Find and tell the story of paid search performance data, identifying actionable insights and providing recommendations for optimizations to share with key stakeholders across lines of business.

  • Analyze and blend data across multiple reporting sources including in-platform SEM metrics, Google Analytics, Tableau, and other sources of conversion reporting to keep a regular pulse on performance and quickly identify and action on opportunities.

  • Consistently test, measure, and analyze performance across all channels to optimize strategy, identify patterns, trends, and user behavior

  • Align with Analytics on the development, execution, measurement, and reporting of test results and next steps

  • Monitor and report on changes in our market share as well as changes in the competitive landscape

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative SEM strategies

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of experience developing and executing SEM strategies

  • Experience managing large accounts for complex businesses ($500K+ a month spend)

  • Must have hands-on experience and the ability to dig into the different platforms and ad formats (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Apple Search Ads in Text, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and App formats).

  • Cross-functional and agency management experience

  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret and extract insights from multiple, complex data sources

  • Strong Excel skills and experience building pivot tables, blending multiple sources of data, implementing multi-function formulas, and creating clear, effective graphs preferred

  • Curiosity and passion for testing and experimentation, proven ability to drive performance optimization through testing

  • Strong communications skills and experience presenting to a variety of audiences including executive stakeholders

  • Experience with adtech and martech including GTM, Google Analytics, DSPs, etc.

  • Thrive in fast-paced and high-performance environments

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000.

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
