Your role at Clorox:

Reporting to the Director, People Analytics & Global Compensation, this role is a key leader of developing strategic people insights within the organization. This role leads the work and team required to translate raw people data, analytics and statistics into data-driven insights to shape our people strategy and drive business growth. This is a high-impact role that will work closely with senior leaders and influence strategies related to talent management, succession planning, culture and the employee experience.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring the delivery of data-supported and actionable insights.

• Evolve our employee listening strategy, incorporating multiple and disparate datasets across active and passive listening channels.

• Lead a small team to create and govern people dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to democratize data.

• Build data fluency across the People function and throughout the organization, coaching key stakeholders on how to better leverage data and insights ongoing.

• Proactively identify business needs and use data analysis to help influence changes to operations, processes or programs. Develop materials and present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.

• Partner closely with our HR Technology team to drive continuous improvement, standardization and automation of people data and reporting.

• Promote and foster data democratization, governance and privacy of people data throughout the organization.

• Stay current with external workforce analytics trends to inform future strategies.

• Lead the execution of advanced analytics projects in support of key initiatives as assigned.

What we look for:

• A minimum of 7 years experience in people analytics, data science, industrial/organizational psychology, or related field.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful analytics strategies.

• Exceptional learning agility with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

• Exceptional influencing, collaboration and storytelling skills with expertise in translating complex concepts into simple, understandable terms.

• Demonstrates quantitative, analytical, and research skills, with high proficiency and knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI preferred), as well as statistical analysis tools.

• Is a trusted advisor and demonstrates the highest level of professional maturity in working with confidential data and information.

• Experience building and leading a high-performing team across multiple locations and geographies.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

-Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900

-Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700

-Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600
