Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Leader of Talent. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our talent acquisition and development strategies to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and nurtures at all levels in the organization. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving organizational success by building a high-performing, diverse, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans
Lead the TA team in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Hands on executive sourcing & recruiting
Identify and leverage innovative sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of top talent
Collaborate with HRBP's and department heads to understand hiring needs and establish effective succession processes
Leadership and Team Development:
Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition and development team
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of existing employees
Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the employer brand and employee value proposition
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling employer branding content
Monitor industry trends and competitor practices to stay ahead in talent acquisition and retention
Performance Management:
Work closely with HRBPs to enhance the effectiveness of performance management processes
Collaborate with HRBP's and department heads to ensure alignment between individual and organizational goals
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of talent acquisition and development initiatives
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
Drive initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
Implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce
Ensure fairness and transparency in all talent acquisition and development processes
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Proven experience in talent acquisition and development, with a history of successfully building high-performing teams
Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition, employee development, and diversity and inclusion.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a demanding environment
Competence with HR technologies and tools
Industry & HRBP experience preferred
