Position Description
The Sr. Manager of Demand Generation should be an innovative and energetic leader with a talent for collaborating across teams/product lines/business units with an ability to get things done efficiently. The individual in this integral role will own the demand generation strategy for PAR's product suite, executing programs that drive top-line growth, including outbound and cross-sell. The ideal individual is a resourceful, data-driven, and revenue-centric marketing leader that thrives on scaling a modern B2B SaaS enterprise demand engine.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $134,000 to $160,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.
The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with overall business objectives, for both enterprise and growth segments.
Craft & execute multi-product integrated campaigns for prospects & upselling/cross-selling. Drive awareness, engagement, & leads via digital, content, events, email, & search/social (paid & organic).
Manage channel and campaign spend to achieve mid- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROI.
Build strong relationships with Sales, Product, Content, & Business Unit leadership to align go-to-market strategies.
Leverage data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation initiatives.
Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to develop compelling and targeted content that resonates with the target audience.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
7-10 years B2B SaaS Demand Generation:
Experience in medium/large enterprises & fast-paced startup. Account Based Marketing experience is a plus.
Track record of creating content, messaging, & campaigns for diverse audiences - Marketing, IT, Operations. (B2B2C experience a plus).
Strong writing & email marketing skills.
Managed & executed multi-project environments with cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to translate marketing data and results into actionable insights.
Proficient in modern marketing stack technologies (Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot).
Restaurant tech experience a plus.
Up to 10% domestic/international travel required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
