  • The Senior Manager of Market Access Analytics is to take a leadership role in making CSL Vifor US more responsive to changing market needs, and will be the main subject matter expert in supporting CSL Vifor US with market access insights through analytics

  • You will be a strategic business partner to the CSL Vifor US market access team, and will proactively plan and lead initiatives related to market access operations

  • You will contribute to the development, monitoring, and revision of the market access strategy at the national level, and tactical implementation at the account level

  • You will have working knowledge of industry market access databases, including: payor lives, formulary, prescriptions, claims, and specialty pharmacy data

  • You will conduct comprehensive evaluations by integrating and cross-analyzing both quantitative and qualitative information from multiple sources to form well-supported recommendations that are relevant, timely, and actionable

  • You will work across the broader CSL organization to identify synergies, and contribute to knowledge sharing

  • You will work with other members of the Strategic Insights and Commercial Operations team to establish common standards, ensure single source of truth, and uphold a culture of collaboration, high efficiency, and organizational commitment

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide accurate, high-quality, data-driven insights that characterize opportunities and risks and translate into clear management recommendations with associated implications for the business

  • Build and maintain financial models to support payor contract bids

  • Develop and maintain metrics and tools to report on contract performance and pull-through uptake

  • Annotates analyses so that methodology is clear, verifiable, and repeatable

  • Prioritize and execute on business plans or goals

  • Manage resources to complete projects

  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers

  • Model compliant behavior consistent with regulatory, legal, corporate, and cultural values of CSL Vifor

  • Navigate and work within a complex, regulated and matrixed environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative focus required (e.g. engineering, statistics, economics, and data science)

  • 7+ years of overall pharmaceutical industry experience, majority in the US

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics and/or market access

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical databases and syndicated sources

  • Ability to translate a complex reports and analysis into simple 'business speak' and present results to internal clients up to the executive level

  • Ability to travel 15-25%

Preferred Requirements

  • Master's degree with quantitative focus or MBA
  • Prior experience in Market Access role in life sciences, as a market access consultant, or previous position at a health insurance plan

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $150,000K - $180,000K. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for you is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies, and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role will also include sales incentive compensation and may include equity.
