From nightclubs, bars and festivals to quick service restaurants and delivery apps the On Premise is a unique environment where people come together with an ice cold can of Red Bull. Reporting to the Senior Director of Trade and Key Account Marketing, you will lead the channel marketing strategy with the aim to position us as the #1 brand and product for the consumer and trade. You will increase visible distribution, building our relevance and increased consumption across the entire On Premise channel. You will also implement the On Premise marketing strategy within Key Accounts across Casual Dining, Hotels/Casinos, Entertainment. You will deliver leading marketing programs that secure new business opportunities, whilst expanding execution and driving demand within existing accounts.

Expand all
Collaborate with important partners (eg CMO, Food and Beverage Director, Operations leads, etc.) on strategic planning to align our priorities
Uncover key on premise trends and opportunities and develop marketing solutions by segment
Combine On Premise strategy and marketing plans to activate each segment at scale
Use Brand Assets to unlock sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships
Ensure programs support goals of securing new business, driving demand and expanding execution within existing accounts
Build Joint Business Plans with top partners within responsible segments of business
Collaborate with Channel Directors and HQ business leads to develop the strategy for your responsible segment(s) of business
Understand Key Account landscape and how to apply marketing tactics to fit customer and Red Bull's needs
Develop and implement year through strategy within Key Account customer and segment programming
Bring Marketing strategy into action through ongoing coaching of sales teams
Coordinate with On Premise Trade Marketing Manager for in-store POS development
Work to protect Red Bull brand equity in all activations
Strategic postioning and negotiation of the use of our assets and properties
Be the expert in Red Bull Marketing opportunities and programs
Identify the right marketing mix to align with prospective customer priorities
Understand customer needs and align with our Brand and On Premise priorities
Present with impact to establish credibility with prospective customer decision makers
Collaborate with Trade Marketing Manager to deploy creative Trade solutions to capture attention of decision makers and convert into initial meeting
Understand and uphold Brand standards across all activations
Integrate national brand activation calendar into the on premise
Coordinate with On Premise Trade Marketing Manager for in-store POS development
Coordinate with On Premise Key Account Marketing team and Brand to develop account messaging strategy that aligns with company programs
Protect our brand equity in all activations
Be the expert in Red Bull Marketing opportunities and programs for customer partners
Collaborate with marketing counterparts (eg Sports, Gaming, Culture, Brand) for account programming integration
Understand customer needs and align with our Brand and On Premise priorities
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

7+ years of Marketing & Sales experience
Experience developing successful marketing programs
Project management experience
Experience presenting in customer meetings required
Experience using insights to inspire action
Field Experience On Premise Key Account Experience an advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
Travel 30-40%
