The Senior Manager (IT), Supply Chain & Manufacturing, is a critical strategic partner to the Communications Segment and Business Units. This leader will lead the planning and implementation of Supply Chain and Manufacturing IT initiatives for the Communications Segment with a focus on technology solutions and processes that will effectively enable BU strategy to support growth, operational effectiveness, extraordinary customer experience, and operating efficiency. This includes turning our Smart Operations strategy into tangible initiatives and projects detailed against execution timelines. For this role, a proven leader with demonstrated success leading cross functional teams as well as driving strategic technology initiatives throughout a sizable organization is essential.
Partners with the business units at the senior executive level in the creation of technology and business process to advance business strategies; facilitates ongoing planning for IT investments and aligns business strategies with IT investment and priorities
Accountable for overall project oversight and internal client satisfaction
Identifies and quantifies business opportunities and seeks investment for those deemed high priority. Establishes and manages project portfolio investment parameters. Gains alignment for the creation and management of business parameters (scope, schedule, budget, benefits) and their corresponding flexibility levers
Aligns business needs with appropriate service levels and manages expectations with their business partners relative to IT services
Creates a culture across teams that drives successful delivery and adoption of technology and business process solutions.
The Supply Chain & Manufacturing Leader will be able to work equally effectively with individual team members as well as executive management. From a personal standpoint the successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and will:
Provide transformational thought leadership for Supply Chain & Manufacturing process/systems including demand management, sales & operations planning, master production scheduling, supply chain execution and all aspects of factory operations - production planning, scheduling, shop-floor execution, and quality management.

WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND SHOULD LOOK LIKE
Experience / Qualifications
Minimum 8 years' experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes
Experience with ERP (ideally SAP) and MES shop floor execution systems
Experience with SAP IBP and Enterprise Architecture Business Capability Modelling would be beneficial.
Significant experience in strategy, development, implementation and use of IT systems
Strong business acumen and fluent in business finance
Transformational leader with process improvement knowledge and experience developing ongoing continuous improvements with quantifiable results in upgrading talent, processes, and systems.
Ability to present to and interact with all levels of the organization as well as with outside contacts.
Strong social/participative leadership style with the ability to listen to employees and customers, demonstrate flexibility while delivering consistent performance.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $123,600 - $185,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
