Job Description

The Kraft Heinz Sales Organization is searching for Senior Manager, In Store Sales & Execution (Full-Time) to join our US In-Store Sales team in the Chicago office. This role requires a dynamic, experienced, hand on sales leader with entrepreneurial spirit. This role will be responsible for driving growth within our existing customers/territories while driving expansion into new customers/territories within the US retail environment. This role will report into the Head of In-Store Sales and play a critical leadership role for the overall In Store Sales team.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Manage in-store sales execution headquarters support for over 4,000 stores that represents $4B of KHC Sales

  • Partner with Regional teams / managers and work closely with Head of ISS in implementing retail strategies and performance objectives that appropriately reflect the customer & KHC priorities

  • Develop strong relationships with customer(s) teams at senior levels and drive customer sales growth through in-store activities

  • Design, implement, and manage in-store sales execution, establishing high levels of quality, consistency and accuracy of in store processes

  • Own and drive continuous improvement of in-store sales playbook and rituals and routines for all In-Store Sales roles

  • Owns the relationship with IT to improve and monitor all aspects of technology. Business owner of Pulsar app and continuous improvement of system changes to drive productivity and enhancements. Collaborate with IT and developers on a weekly basis to provide direction and mange design, test, train and roll out of all technology & system changes

  • Facilitates successful implementation of projects and expansion rollout by ensuring a well-defined, efficient processes and project plan are in place

  • Report on business financials and sales growth to Sales leadership team and executives

  • In collaboration with HR this role will manage the field onboarding program; which will include continuous training and development program for the ISS team.

  • Work closely with Head of ISS & HR to help develop, train, calibrate and promote pipeline of talent into HQ sales roles

  • Manage governance division leveraging In-Store sales data to drive productivity & compliance analyses in addition to owning and overseeing in-store sales issue resolution system to meet SLAs

  • Manage audit division leading team of auditors to conduct in-store audits and training for managers and ISP to ensure integrity of data and program across all regions

  • Lead, coach, drive and inspire a high preforming team. Responsible for managing and developing a team of 5 to 6 direct reports.


  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, preferably with a business degree, PMP certification is a plus

  • 5+ years' experience in a retail sales environment with experience leading retail performance & execution

  • Experience with large scale integration and transformation programs

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Proven track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying complex and detailed processes in a simple and effective manner.

  • Experience applying & running Change Management, Process Improvement, and Risk Management

  • Proven ability to lead strategic vision and a team of individuals in a fast-paced, results driven environment

  • Technical proficiency in SAP TPM/BI and is preferred

  • Knowledge of retailers and broker environment
