Sr. Manager, GTMStrategy and Operations

What you will do

Reportingto the VP of Commercial Strategy, the GTM Strategy and Operations leader willfocus on growth of our customer base, driving scale into our sales strategy andefficiency to our forward deployed operations teams. We are looking for someonewho can combine the art of strategy, data analytics, and insights to paint apicture of the right go-to-market (GTM) approach across prioritized verticals.The ideal candidate should have experience working in a data-rich environmentthat is large and complex, with demonstrated success developing, synthesizing,and communicating both business and customer analysis.

How you will do it

Thisrole provides critical market and customer insights across our teams, including

Engineering, Field Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Strategy. Theywill drive cross-functional alignment and execution to completion acrossrequired growth initiatives, including strategic partnerships, technologyinvestments, and carefully crafted go-to-market strategies. They ensureflawless execution against the defined strategy and operations goals a dailybasis. More specifically, areas of focus include but not limited to:

  • Understand trends in the market, specifically across prioritizedverticals, and develop insights that translate into actionable recommendationsfor growth

  • Set the tone for a vertical-based growth strategy; identify andprioritize business growth opportunities (e.g. by country, route-to-market,vertical, and product) and develop programs to deliver

  • Obsess over every customer's digital journey, utilizing structuredthinking to identifying opportunities for improvement, and ultimately drivingcross-functional teams to deliver on an outcome-backed approach

  • Partner with marketing, and sales teams to develop and executeplans that delivery quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Leverage data-driven business models to optimize for new customeracquisition and retention funnels across all direct and indirect routes tomarket; partner with Channel Strategy lead

  • Preempt and problem solve on all forward deployed operationalissues; lead and integrate cross-functional efforts

What we look for

  • BS/BAwith 10+ years software, high tech or management consulting experience, MBApreferred

  • Customer-firstorientation, with deep global experience working across various customersegments

  • Provenunderstanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customerexperiences to deliver results

  • Genuinedesire to have your impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate toquarterly and annual sales success

  • Demonstratedleadership success in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adaptingto shifting priorities

  • Strongexperience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launchhigh-impact business initiatives

  • Abilityto rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to addresscritical business issues

  • Demonstratedexcellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving

  • Thedesire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presentingsupporting facts and data to back up your position

  • Extraordinarycommunication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels

  • Asolid sense of self, balanced with the drive to put team first

  • Globalcultural awareness and experience with global teams
