The Sr Manager, Global Talent Development is responsible for driving global Talent Management and Development programs focused on driving high performing teams, career, leadership, and business knowledge development, succession planning, inclusion, and engagement. Creating and sustaining an engaged and high performing workforce on a global scale is Ingram Micro's top priority.
Manage end-to-end global learning strategy and execution to progress the digital high impact learning organization.
Lead global project to identify skill needs and gaps and develop strategic plans for development to close current and future gaps.
Build/manage global learning programs focused on onboarding, business fundamentals, leadership development.
Create global measurements for learning programs and leverage feedback mechanisms to analyze learning effectiveness and drive design adjustments.
Support the global design and deployment of internal selections, performance, succession planning, and other integrated talent management and development programs.
Support the design and execution of the engagement listening strategy and action planning framework.
Bachelor's degree required (master's degree preferred)
A minimum of 8 years demonstrated success in the strategy, design and execution of talent management and development programs
Project management or end to end global program management experience
Ability to translate business needs into systemic and practical solutions
Experience working in a global matrix sales / logistics operations environment a plus.
