A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field AND 7+ years of relevant HR, event and vendor management, or business experience OR an Associate's Degree AND 9+ years of relevant HR, event and vendor management, or business experience
Best practice research, strategic planning, solution design, implementation and management at scale
Outstanding analytical skills including comfort working with numbers, completing data analysis, communicating findings and developing recommendations
Strong partnering capability - with business leaders, strategic partners and broader D&I community
Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Strategic Planning: Partners with COS to drive D&I strategic planning process for D&I function including envisioning, roadmap and annual strategy.
Insights with Analytics: Establishes D&I reporting strategy and defines measurement standards, analyzes a wide variety of data using diversity and inclusion tools and methodologies, identifies trends and patterns in data, develops and communicates insights & recommends solutions to senior executives.
Influencing Change: Leverages data insights to uncover interconnected patterns and trends across Microsoft ecosystem, identifies opportunities to elevate practices, determines best practices, influences buy-in and drives adoption of systemic, organization-wide interventions that imbed inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle to advance diverse representation and culture of inclusion.
Program Management: End to end project and program management for select cross D&I initiatives including intervention design, build, implementation, budget management, risk management and mitigation planning, change management and measuring and reporting progress of intervention relative to desired outcomes.
