Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence? We're seeking a Senior Operations Manager to drive success across our plant operations. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with Production Supervisors, Hourly Employees, and other functional leaders to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: You'll oversee daily production activities, optimizing schedules and ensuring alignment with our strategic business plan. Your focus will be on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with quality control programs, emphasizing food safety, product reliability, and consumer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Review processes, recommend enhancements, and drive Lean manufacturing practices. Develop meaningful metrics to guide departmental performance.
People Development: Foster positive employee relations, coach supervisors, and enhance team engagement. Monitor training and development to improve management skills.
Safety Culture: Lead by example in promoting safe work habits. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Equipment Management: Coordinate equipment maintenance, manage physical assets, and optimize budget allocations.
Certifications and Audits: Participate in third-party audits (NSF, Organic, Halal, Kosher) to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in food manufacturing, including 3+ years in people leadership roles.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong analytical abilities, and basic SAP knowledge.
Abilities: Goal-oriented, adaptable, organized, and skilled in change management.
Physical Demands:
Light to medium physical demand level (PDL) with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, and bending/stooping.
