Job Description

Role

The Sr Manager, BBP will own the financial rituals and routines for the US Foodservice Business (over $2.7 billion annual net sales value,) ensuring the quality, consistency and reliability of meetings and reports are in place. This role will coordinate the finance teams on budgeting, tracking results, and forecasting on a weekly/monthly basis, and be a key player in understanding the results of the business and supporting management with insights.

Key Components of the role

  • Coordination of BU finance teams, setting deadlines, deliverables, inputs and routines.

  • Develop and own financial modeling of Kraft Heinz's financial performance plan and budget for the Foodservice Business Unit.

  • Build relationships with operational and finance teams of Kraft Heinz, design and construct analytical frameworks to make decisions, identify business and operational opportunities / risks

  • Provide insights for the FS CFO on risks and opportunities in the business not reflected in the ongoing financials on a weekly basis

  • Effectively manage team of Sr Analysts and engage BU Finance teams to complete rituals and routines

Qualifications:

  • BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

  • Hard working, capable of coping with pressure and deadlines

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling skills

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience with financial modelling (P&L), combining different channels and reconciliation of drivers

  • Demonstrated ability to work in large, cross-functional teams and proven track-record of managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience managing direct reports preferred

Job DescriptionThe Senior Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional business teams in the planning, execution and analysis of various business initiatives related to products, pricing, promotion, and packaging across specific channels. A Senior Associate Brand Manager gains broad exposure to all functional activities on the Foodservice business including Consumer Insights, New Products, Sales, Operations, and Finance, which results in strengthened marketing fundamentals and a holistic approach to driving business growth. Demonstrating excellence in these areas will lead to future progression on a general management career path. This position directly interacts with the field, customers, cross-functional representation, and is a key member of the Category Team. * Works across multi-channels to develop pragmatic solutions for restaurants, consumers and distributors to bring brands to life in an away from home food experience * Owns the P&L and understands the key leavers to increase profit * Focuses on the vital few to drive the business translating brand strategy to channel specific brand strategies and executions * Assists with developing annual marketing plans that meet the growth objectives of the channel and brands * Creates segment and account specific marketing programs to drive demand * Provides field sales the tools and materials they need to achieve sales objectives * Closely monitors and analyzes sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity * Performs in-depth analysis and reporting of multi-channel marketing, promotional campaigns and programs to optimize their performance. * Leads end to end business processes with cross functional partners * Coordinates product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research, consultants and advertising agencies). * Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred * At least 2 year experience in multi-channel marketing, product management, brand management; Foodservice experience preferred * Strong numerical and analytical skill set with ability to interpret quantitative data and perform detailed trend analysis utilizing raw volume data * Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with product development and sales * Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver within agreed upon time frames. * Experience in marketing plan development: situation assessment, strategy, and tactical plan development. * Strong organizational and project management skills.
