II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Develops estimates and long range financial and operational forecasts for the division/department. Reports on progress toward approved objectives.
Accumulates, analyzes and reports to management complete information regarding results of operations and financial condition of the division/department, including cash flow and investment components.
Provides advice and counsel to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends. Assists with recommendations on countermeasures where required.
Stays abreast of trends and developments in finance for application in division/department. Recommends changes as appropriate.
Reoccurring Financial Rhythms: Monthly Financial Close, Budget, Forecasting, and Reporting
Create Compelling & Insightful Presentations as Appropriate for The Audience (Up to Board Of Directors Level)
Ability to Build Cross Functional Relationships
Ability to Influence Strategy & Direction of The Business
Motivate/Develop Directs & FP&A Team, Provide Strategic Vision for Your Role and Set Priorities

A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree (accredited) in Accounting, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or G.E.D. (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Ten years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
