We are looking for Sr. Manager, Finance to join the Match Group team. This position will report to the Vice President, Finance and will also work closely with the Match Group Accounting, Legal and Human Resources teams. You will have responsibilities related to both financial forecasting and equity comp administration.
Support the SVP, Finance and Vice-President, Finance in preparing regular budget and forecasting summaries for senior management, as well as Board-level and investor presentations
Prepare ad hoc analyses regarding business and financial investment opportunities across Match Group's portfolio companies
Work with cross-functional teams to support expense management and free cash flow initiatives
Prepare weekly reports relating to stock plan activity and reconcile shares related to stock plan transactions on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Assist in the management of Match Group stock option, restricted stock and performance-based stock plans maintained by Match Group's external stock plan administrator
Maintain the company's stock plan administration portal, including preparation and upload of grants and grant documents, generating reports and reconciling equity statements
Support team members during the annual equity process for all Match Group companies; assist employees with global stock plan questions
Work with legal department and outside counsel as needed to maintain compliance with insider trading policies and prepare transaction reporting for Section 16 insiders
Run ad hoc reports and prepare various equity analyses, including those necessary for presentation at the Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings
Maintain Match Group's equity model that forecasts the dilution and tax implications of future vesting and exercise activity
6-10 years of overall financial planning and analysis experience, preferably with some experience in executive compensation with medium to large publicly traded companies
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a detailed-oriented approach to all work product
Prior experience managing or assisting with the management of stock-based compensation, including stock options, restricted stock and/or performance-based stock awards
Familiarity with all aspects of a company's financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows
Creative problem solving skills, good judgment, and an ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task and juggle several projects and requests with exceptional time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor's Degree required
