The Oakley Sr. Manager Field Marketing & Training directs all field marketing priorities and strategies for Oakley Sport Accounts, National and Local & Regional. Overseeing the Field Marketing Rep team, and Third Channel programs, the Sr. Manager will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, brand training opportunities, brand events for consumers, and strategy while holding the Regional Field Marketing Rep Managers and FMR team accountable to execution, meeting team performance and managing all support budgets to plan.

Work with Global Sales Development to create effective tools that can be used by FMRs in their respective territories
Manage and execute the strategic marketing direction of the brand; tailoring brand marketing initiatives to the local market landscape through the FMRs
Analyze and interpret field data from FMRs, Third Channel agents, and Account Managers to deliver new business-driving programs to Wholesale Sport
Translate program strategy and initiatives into measureable program results
Manage the execution of strategy for National Accounts and L&R Accounts, ensuring FMRs have reachable goals
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand sales initiatives; develop ideas and strategies to help grow the business
Work with Event and FMR Managers to outline and build event calendars for FMRs; including National Account support, Rolling O Lab activations, L&R rep support, national events and FMR generated events
Recruit, hire, and train new hires, continue to develop new education programs for current team
Create and update FMR onboarding process, working with FMR Managers to ensure proper delivery of onboarding materials
Own and manage FMR budget
Create plans and deliver resources for field marketing activations; own the rollout and execution of each plan from a Wholesale scope
Maximize a strong ROI by creating and supporting key event/tech seminars/marketing opportunities that deliver a clear, strong authentic brand message to the consumer
Manage relationship between Third Channel and Oakley
Work closely with Account Managers to understand possible event activations in market and build clear strategic and measurable activation ideas
Manage the FMR truck fleet program within budget.
Manage and communicate daily with all Regional Field Marketing Managers and FMRs set goals, monitor performance, prioritize business focus to drive a team on training, product and brand knowledge
Focus on investing time on the development of FMR team members with regards to establishing career paths and goals
Travel in market with team to understand and continually develop new business ideas for each territory

Bachelors degree with emphasis in business or marketing preferred
8+ Years marketing experience, 2+ years project and people experience
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 10+ members
Passionate, independent and self-motivated, ability to influence
Strategic, analytical and creative thinker
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Photoshop and InDesign
Ability to travel up to 50%.

3 years of field (or experiential) marketing
Knowledge of Oakley products, history, and culture
