Position Description

We're looking for a full-time, staff Sr. Manager, Facilities, to join the Day & Zimmermann team! Sr. Manager, Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsible for facility clearances, physical security, personnel security clearances and contract security management in compliance with NISPOM and company policy across Government Servcies and corporate enterprise. Provide programmatic and contract support to DOE, DoS and DoD programs and is responsible for obtaining and maintaining Government approval for classified facilities, ensuring the safeguarding of classified information in compliance with the NISPOM and all other applicable regulations.. Designated CSO and CSSO for Mason & Hanger's classified facilities and is responsible for overseeing all security personnel for SOC and Mason & Hanger. Serves as company's primary liaison with DCSA for security clearance matters, security assessments, audits and annual self-inspections. This position is also responsible for obtaining and maintaining facility clearances for classified Special Programs' clients to ensure compliance with the NISP and other government and client requirements. Oversees all security-related training requirements for employees of SOC and Mason & Hanger. Maintains the Learning Management Tool to ensure compliance for DZI & Munitions. Oversees the company's Insider Threat Program.

As the Sr. Manager, Facilities, here's the work you'll do:

  • Serves as the technical advisor to leadership on security matters.

  • Develops and implements the procedures necessary to obtain the personnel applicable security clearances for those who require access to classified information including clearance verifications for WPS.

  • Develop and administer security training program for all new hires and cleared staff to ensure NISP compliance.

  • Conducts analysis of DZI security programs to ascertain effectiveness and to improve security risk management policy.

  • Follow regulations and develop measures for the protection of facilities containing classified information.

  • Responsible for the performance management of security staff for SOC and Mason & Hanger, including managing, developing, and hiring staff.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resources allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

  • Thorough knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and various other related Federal Government requirements associated with all types of classified information maintained

  • Knowledge of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with associates, direct reports, clients, and vendors.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

And if you have these qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; or relevant work experience as a substitution
  • 8+ years
  • FSO Related
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $126,000 - $189,000 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
