What You'll Get to Do:

Launch the Career Mobility function for CACI! Take the lead in defining and setting direction for a range of activities that will enable employees to more effectively advance their careers at CACI, with a goal of increasing retention rates. Leverage the work of the Mobility Tiger Team in defining the short and long-term efforts needed to advance mobility. Manage one Specialist/Analyst to contribute to the effort through content design, program execution and logistical support. Reports to the VP Talent Development, enabling the leveraging of a wider team of leadership, organization and systems development professionals.

More About the Role/Responsibilities:

  • Develops short and long-range plans to enable greater career mobility throughout the enterprise; creates timelines and milestones to enable short term wins and longer-term objectives

  • Creates change management strategy and tactics to enable shifts in mindset and practices around sharing talent across the enterprise

  • Liaison with Tiger Team to leverage recommendations, resources and to determine role/partnership moving forward

  • Manages projects, executes plans for efforts including education, technology and communication

  • Partners with HR leaders and professionals to align efforts across sectors and functions

  • Influences and develops partnerships with business leaders to develop change champions for mobility effort

  • Manages an Employee Mobility Analyst/Business Partner - effectively provides direction, coaching, feedback, and development

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in a social science or business administration

  • 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in Human Resources, or as a seasoned hiring manager allowing you to gain in-depth knowledge of acquiring and developing talent

  • Demonstrated business acumen, and ability to quickly learn about the skills and talents needed for roles in various parts of the business

  • Strong written and oral communication skills that build credibility and influence

  • Demonstrated project planning and management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to use collect and analyze data and metrics to drive solutions

  • A passion for helping people to develop their careers

  • Ability to earn the confidence and trust of others by developing and executing smart solutions

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to create structure and definition. Must be able to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under dynamic circumstances

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Progressive experience in Human Resources - expertise/knowledge of the functions of recruiting, professional/career development, and HR systems

  • Experience as a line manager heavily involved as both an importer and exporter of talent - would substitute for the above if demonstrated success in effectively recruiting talent as well as developing people and enabling them to move around the enterprise

  • Experience delivering effective training, education and briefing sessions, face-to-face as well as online

  • Success in leading a change effort - demonstrated achievement in creating a shift or transformation in practices, norms or behaviors, especially related to leadership or people management issues

This role will act as a key business partner working with key stakeholders across Commercial Sales & Marketing Teams, Finance, HR and Central Finance Teams.
