Our Digital Experience and Marketing Departments at Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE: SBH) are expanding and we're looking for dynamic, driven marketers to join our teams! If so, we're looking for someone just like you for our position Sr. Manager Digital Product located at our Support Center in Denton, TX.

In partnership with the DIrector Digital Product and digital product team, serve as the voice of the customer to lead the evolution of BSG's digital experiences via the ecommerce website (cosmoprofbeauty.com), portals, mobile app, and in store and event platforms. Launch new features and functionality to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency partners in writing requirements, epics, and user stories to execute the product roadmap, including fixes and enhancements.

  • Actively partner with Ecommerce, IT, Marketing, Customer Engagement, Analytics, and agency teams to develop features that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.

  • Drive conversion rate on the site by responding to critical needs and concerns of external and internal customers, including the ecommerce team and customer service.

  • Participate in testing and conducting UAT on all digital features.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert across the digital commerce systems.

  • Track performance, identify improvement areas, and communicate with service providers to troubleshoot.

Requisition Summary Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for an Industrial Design/Transportation Design Intern for our Industrial Design Team in Denton, Texas. Job Functions / Responsibilities Transportation Design: Assist the Industrial Design Managers with styling a range of design concepts for future and current Peterbilt exteriors and interiors ranging from theme development using design phases from concept to high quality renderings, and to support other projects as requested. This may include concept and production-based programs and projects. * Research: Conduct research of current and future competitive and analogous product, and other research to support both Industrial Design and Product Planning Groups as required. * Renderings Support: Create High Quality Renderings, Support Presentations, Layouts, and Graphics as required. * Ability to work collaboratively with Designers, Digital Modelers, Studio Modelers, Product Planning and Program Management team members. Qualifications & Skills The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in an Industrial Design/Transportation Design related program. The skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows: * Exceptional Microsoft Office * Exceptionally creative, highly motivated, and team oriented * Strong Industrial Design Skills, both traditional and digital * Skilled use of Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, Rhino, Wacom/Cintiq or equivalent software and hardware * Exceptional Presentation Support * Excellent verbal and written communication Education Candidates must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree Program with an Industrial Design or Transportation Design Degree focus. Minimum qualifications include completion of sophomore year in an Industrial Design or Transportation Design program leading to a Bachelor's Degree.
