Role Summary:This role will primarily focus on Supply Chain Planning Solutions focused on IBP (Integrated Business Planning) maturity for GE Healthcare, improving forecast accuracy and driving fine-grained forecasting using Demantra statistical forecast engine. The role will work partner with the peers in the team to drive integrated flow between demand and supply for the material planning process.

Essential Responsibilities:
As a domain expert for your portfolio, you will engage customers at mid-level management and technical levels to develop/refine portfolio strategy, influence customer & amp; industry direction and execute strategy.

As the Senior PM, you will elevate how we engage with internal and external software businesses. You will be accountable for driving successful delivery of products from GE Software, making recommendations on extending software solutions, and representing General Electric to the outside market, including customers, partners and analysts.

In this role you will:

Responsible for product line performance with targets on orders, revenue, cost & margin. Responsible for full lifecycle of VCP Suite Demand / Forecast portfolio of products covering GE Healthcare systems.

Responsible for Demand products as used by GEHC. This includes Demantra stat engine, custom extensions related to master scheduling

Identifies and influences market trends and opportunities in the planning and supply chain domain.

Drives vision & strategy, roadmap and product lifecycle for sub business unit and its portfolio of products & solutions.

Be a domain/business expert for the portfolio to guide teams, establish/refine product management processes and build and mentor high performance team of Product Managers.

Work cross functionally across engineering, marketing, sales, internal and external customers, analysts and senior management teams to formulate and execute the strategy.

Develop relationships across GE businesses & sub-businesses, partners, customers and technical experts across industries and geographies.

Establish strong working relationship with account managers, technical sales and user/developer community.

Global travel required as necessary.

This role is responsible for a large product or portfolio of products/solutions with typical revenue influence / target in the range of $25-100M USD per year.

Will have strong financial acumen and accountability.

The leader will be responsible to create strong working relationship & influence across product management, engineering and other stakeholder groups to successfully execute business strategy across GE businesses, partners and customers.

Lead and develop a team of product managers who are business and domain experts.

Will engage customers as a trusted partner.

Cross functional leadership to execute the vision and strategy.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology,Engineering and Math)

A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product

Must be willing to travel 15-20%

Must be willing to work out of an office located in Wauwatosa or Waukesha, WI

Desired Characteristics:

Oracle VCP R12 Experience, with demonstrable experience in implementing S&OP / IBP processes using Oracle Demantra

Demostrate expertise in Demantra, Inventory Optimization, Advance Supply chain planning including Constraint planning

Strong knowledge of APCC and its interaction with the above module

Aligns goals, feature sets, capabilities to business objectives for the product

Drive product roadmapping and prioritization of feature roll outs

Dev Ops knowledge and how it can be applied to packaged solutions life cycle

Agile methodologies and approaches to drive constant and fast evolution of product roadmap)

Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills

Establishes relationships in the Oracle product company and solution space of vendors providing services

Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other GE businesses

Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analytical skills and best practices

Able to re-appropriate existing solutions to new requirements and situations

Emotional Intelligence, ability to influence up and out
