Remitly is looking to hire a Senior Manager to lead its growing customer acquisition team. While you will own the multi-million dollar budget for existing digital marketing channels, the ideal candidate is an analytical leader not comfortable with settling for the status quo and is always in search of what's next. You will use creative, analytical, and technical means to drive improvements to the entire funnel from impression to conversion.
Candidates should be strategic, but comfortable understanding and diving into the details as needed. You will lead an existing team, and be responsible for hiring and developing additional associates to meet the needs of a quickly growing organization.
Define and manage Remitly's digital marketing strategy across SEM and social channels, both growing existing businesses as well as launching to new customer segments
Influence strategy across the marketing organization and beyond, with regular exposure to senior executives
Partner across marketing, product, and engineering to develop tools to enable mass marketing at scale
Staying on top of industry trends and techniques, you will always be looking for 'what's next'
Lead a team of digital marketers, delivering strategic and sustainable growth for the business.
Train junior team members on best practices, overseeing daily management and optimizations within accounts
Challenge, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve business results.
What you should possess:
A Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in digital marketing
2+ years people management experience
Strong analytical skills; intuitive grasp of data
Deep understanding of various attribution models and A/B testing to optimize channels for best results.
Hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels including familiarity with ad management platforms and automation tools
A desire to understand the customer and what will resonate
High energy, a can-do attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get things done
An analytical and metrics driven work style. You break down questions and concerns methodically to solve problems an organized way.
Experience partnering across marketing, product, and technology to build and utilize tools to enable marketing at scale
