Experienced, results-driven marketing leader is sought to help define and optimize the strategy for our digital channels, lead management, and campaign performance for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training and Certification's global marketing team.
In this role, you will be part of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training and Certification Global Campaigns and Events marketing team, establishing best practices and implementing processes that can be adopted globally. You will work at the strategic level to champion test new, innovative ideas, and at guide a team of marketers responsible for the execution of digital campaigns and optimization of these programs based on performance metrics. You will employ a heavy bias towards automation, always looking for opportunities to drive the optimal customer experience and internal efficiencies in a scalable way. You will own digital functions, develop new processes, and establish templates that can be leveraged by the extended marketing organization.

Oversee management of email, search, paid media and digital operations including build, QA, deployment, and reporting for campaigns
Collaborate with in-region Field Marketing leaders, Events Marketing, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to define digital channel prioritization based on business outcomes
Define and makes recommendations regarding lead scoring to most effectively track engagement of customers based on different factors
Establish mental models for campaign targeting, audience management and customer segmentation for digital campaigns
Recommend test plans across all digital channels to continually seek inputs to guide channel optimization
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices for email, social channels, paid media, and internal reporting
Provide campaign performance analysis and communicate learnings across the organization to assist with optimizations to drive results
Support localization process for campaigns, including partnering with global field marketing teams on local activation and tracking
