To match our exponential growth, we're looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Digital Finance Transformation to join our Finance team and build a scalable department. You will work with a variety of global teams (including Finance, Transformation, IT, and HR) to identify opportunities to improve and automate Finance processes and help institutionalize Finance business process knowledge. Areas of focus include Payroll Operations, Record to Report, Quote to Cash, Source to Pay.

This position will be based hybrid in our San Jose, CA home office (in-office Tuesday and Thursday).

Reporting to the Finance Director, Global Process Owner, you'll work as an individual contributor to:

  • Understand, document, and build Finance processes

  • Establish common tools across all geographies, divisions, and subsidiaries

  • Identity process automation and improvement opportunities and support prioritization

  • Develop transformation roadmap

  • Work with partners across HR, Finance and IT to understand and document business requirements (BRD) related to Finance Process areas

  • Partner with Zscaler IT team in developing integration requirements and user stories

  • Support data conversion and integration projects

  • Support testing efforts related to systems transformations (including development of use cases and supporting Unit Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT)

  • Map controls to processes and support review of main risks and associated controls

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications):

  • 8+ years global HRIS experience, with experience in Workday HCM implementation program

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with Finance requirements and implications related to Workday HCM implementation (including integrations and interactions important finance systems: GL, Payroll, Procurement, EPM)

  • Experience in change management and influencing partners (business, Finance, HR, IT)

  • Certified Workday professional in HCM

  • Understanding of Workday HCM structures / dimensions, and supporting integrations with Finance systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, Ceredian (Payroll), Adaptive

  • Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance. Experience in managing risk and control matrices

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$136,500-$195,000 USD
