We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, IT Customer Relationship Management to oversee the delivery of Salesforce.com projects for Pentair. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce.com solutions, meeting internal client expectations, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. Sr. Manager, IT Customer Relationship Management will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to drive customer success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies. Ensure that projects are completed within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Actively participate in client meetings, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage project risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Ensure that project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • Continuously monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to senior management.

  • Manage and develop a team of architects, developers, and administrators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce.com project management.

  • At least 5 years experience managing people

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform and related technologies.

  • Proven experience in delivering Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies, with a solid understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or similar Agile certification.

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Salesforce.com certification is a plus.
