Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

As a Sr. Manager, Credit Risk, you'll work under the direction of a Director Credit Risk to use a risk/reward methodology to analyze credit and debit policies and strategy decisions, gather relevant internal and external data, use a variety of tools and techniques to perform statistical and financial analysis that create actionable decisions, implement strategic initiatives through an adaptive control methodology that leads to optimal performance and continual learning, and disseminate results through reporting and presentations to both senior management and impacted business lines.

About you:

  • B.S. in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial services experience

  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in financial services industry and knowledge of best practices

  • Collections, credit bureau reporting, or other operations experience a plus

About Target Technology Services R&D Smartsheets Our R&D team uses Smartsheet as a collaboration and work management tool. It is used to manage projects, assign tasks, track key dates and milestones, share documents, and manage other work across the team. All projects are tracked using R&D templates that are part of cross functional reporting system. This integrated structure allows Target to collaborate with vendors and external partners. Included are several automated workflows with alerts to stakeholders. Project metrics and other important data can be found on dashboards also known as portals. Smartsheet Strategy Create visibility to accurate project information driving clear communication and a culture of accountability making it easy to make better decisions, faster. Governance is created by the Primary Smartsheet Admin and upheld by the ambassadors. Primary Smartsheet Admin Responsibilities: * Hold monthly meetings with Smartsheet ambassadors * Hold weekly open office hours to support the team (10 hours) * Manages team metric sheets and portals * Manages vendor portals – adding new projects and metrics. * Create New project Sheets when notified by project intake * Add project to metric sheets for R&D and Vendors * Standards and Compliance for Ball Workspace * Monthly Archive of Ball Workspace, TVS Workspace, & Vendor Workspaces * Documentation, Training Materials and Smartsheet Playbook * Conduct monthly audit to ensure teams/vendors are within compliance, links are working, etc. * Maintains and prioritizes Smartsheet requests and backlog * Provide Smartsheet Training and Team Support * Responsible for providing governance training and general training for use and navigation, and expectations to vendors. Project teams are responsible for going into detail on how the team utilizes the sheet. * Onboard new users to Ball workspace. * Create new workspaces for vendors as needed.
