We're looking for a Senior Manager, Client Solutions to co-develop their verticals vision, lead their Client Solutions team and be ultimately responsible for the team meeting their shared sales goals. The Sr. Manager, Client Solutions will develop the vision, build, execute and lead the Client Solutions Management team for their vertical.
Drive excellence in your vertical by aligning with sales leaders and proactively input into the go-to-market vertical strategy based on a strong understanding of marketing and business objectives

Help develop the vision and go-to-market strategy for your vertical

Be able to lead and provide constructive event-based feedback and deploy effective performance improvement plans
Be an expert of the components and best practices of LinkedIn Products, LinkedIn workflows, systems and execution
Consistently lead through our LinkedIn values and culture, making team members aware and appreciate the common manifestations
Lead change management conversations that inspire and bring the team together through change
Identify learning opportunities for the team, work with XF partners to develop, deliver and scale materials for the entire CSM org
Serve as a cross-functional lead for core sales team leadership and business partner teams (Sales, Ad Ops, Solutions, Marketing, Insights, Finance, Product and Legal)
Master LinkedIn process execution and constantly optimize individual and team time resources
Take on extra-curricular projects to support the Regional CSM Leader in making material improvement to our LinkedIn business process or operations
Know the appropriate SMEs that need to be leveraged to create a happy customer experience and execute programs efficiently
Become intimately familiar with what is possible, where to get information, how to execute and what hidden pitfalls to avoid
Leverage your industry knowledge and in-market relationships to foster growth within market
Be client facing in crucial client meetings while mentoring and managing the front-line Client Solutions Management team
Extensive experience working in a client-facing role
2+ years of experience managing Managers
Experience leading strategic, cross-functional and process improvement projects
Familiarity with common agency reporting systems and tools
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to be strategic, flexible, and agile in fast paced, high growth environment
