The person we are seeking must be self-motivated and has proven experience influencing, communicating and interacting effectively across all levels of the company, from individual business unit managers to executive management. He or she should have proven ability to build relationships/partnerships and work cross-functionally to drive key initiatives and time sensitive deliverables. He or she will be responsible for executing and managing the following areas across the Customer Experience organization:
Master Product List
Maintain and manage the PayPal Master Product List
Support needs will vary by project and will require strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communications, and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Be the point-of-contact for each of the projects and provide regular project status updates to insure stakeholders are informed
Mobilize the necessary resources to meet each project's requirements
Partner with the business units to manage project deliverables
Engage cross-functional stakeholders and build relationships at various levels of the organization to effectively manage expectations and project timelines
Document and maintain project related information to ensure full transparency
Work with Engineering team in developing tools and solutions to support each project as needed
Develop and maintain the reporting mechanism to track all PayPal product and associated changes, working closely with the Product Risk Exam Management team
Ensure that all reporting procedures are maintained and updated
Develop and execute the roadmap for report automation solutions
Support special projects and initiatives: special projects vary from strategic initiatives to day-to-day operations. Support needs will vary by project and will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communications, and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
