The Department of Medicine, Division of General Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Senior Manager, Business Operations to work on the UHealth Fisher Island. The Senior Manager, Business Operations evaluates, administers, and manages all business and administrative matters including budget, operations, programs and personnel administration for the assigned department. This position also provides financial analysis and strategic planning as well as manages the budgetary controls in partnership with various levels of management.
Works with concierge patients to assist in scheduling appointments within our organization, obtaining records and registration.
Provides assistance to walk-in patients in order to navigate their care with clinic providers.
Assists in ordering clinical and clerical supplies.
Provides administrative assistance to clinical staff.
Financial tracking of memberships
Membership renewal reminders
Processing of memberships
Interface with development on UHC memberships
Backup front desk
Managing this move + finances
Referral coordination

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
Ability to manage a budget and work within the constraints of that budget.
Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others.
Proficiency in computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office)
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.
