What you get to do in this role:
As a Sr. Manager of Project/Programs in IT you will take large, company-wide, highly visible programs from vision to release. We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our Finance, Legal and HR portfolio and work with these business units to drive strategy, roadmap, project execution and delivery, and partnership for our company.
This position will partner closely with IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and other business units to drive best practices, share best practices, redefine best practices and lead best practices.
Manage a team of world-class project managers
Use our own technology from demand through delivery
Responsible for taking large, company-wide, mission critical programs from ideation through final implementation and go-live
Create a program that drives innovation, strategy and thought leadership that supports us as being customer number one of our own products
Must be a logical, strategic thinker to implement programs and processes that scale
Become intimately familiar with current programs across our BU to create and implement best practices and standards
Gain knowledge of our ServiceNow products and stay current with up-and coming releases
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Experienced manager with minimum 5 years in a leadership position
Demonstrated PM experience managing multiple projects with a minimum of 6-8 years program management experience
The candidate is expected to be very hands-on, getting deep into all aspects of driving their portfolio, proactive in removing roadblocks, pave the way for innovation, and handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills must consist of a blend of project management, process improvement and technology that can think strategically and looks for opportunities to continuously innovate

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or related field
