Sr. Manager, Americas Privacy
The Sr. Manager, Americas Privacy will design privacy program processes/systems to eciently resolve privacy inquiries, assess privacy risks and controls, and oversee aspects of the Americas privacy program. The Sr. Manager will also be adept at partnering with cross-functional teams to lead and/or uplift the Omnicell privacy program, promoting healthy data protection practices and positive privacy experiences for customers. This will be accomplished through the management and evolution of the Americas Privacy capabilities through the principles of Privacy by Design, and operationalizing Omnicell's Privacy Philosophy through the product development process. The position is located in Cranberry Township, PA. (Other Omnicell locations may be considered based on candidate qualifications.)
The main responsibility will be to partner with company executive leadership to ensure that the privacy program effectively prevents, detects and responds to violations of law, regulations, policies and industry standards in the relevant jurisdictions through:
Effective Privacy Program management for the Americas, including policy and committee governance, stewarding the management of privacy policies, data governance standards, and other guidance documents.
Developing risk management and oversight programs and activities, including risk libraries, Privacy Impact Assessments or Privacy Risk Threshold assessments.
Developing and managing privacy training and communication, and other awareness activities.
Maintaining current knowledge of applicable privacy requirements and accreditation standards, and monitor advancements in privacy-enhancing technologies.
Transitioning complex, manual and sometimes complicated processes, concepts and systems in straightforward, understandable, and (preferably) automated processes.
Strong process engineering experience, with the ability to operationalize complex activities into automated processes through the use of GRC tools.
Strongly versed in cloud computing considerations and Information Security principles.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport and trust with business partners is a key to success in this position.
Proven track record of driving results and building eective relationships with all levels of management. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivots, macros, and senior leadership level presentation quality.
Ability to analyze issues and business use cases, document analysis, and execute plans to action.

5 years of Healthcare Industry experience
5 years' experience in health information privacy management
Experience with HIPAA, CCPA, and the regulations and standards applicable to medical device and health data analytics companies.
