Sr Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title & Specialty Area: Sr Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Plano, TX

Shift: Night shift, 5:30 p.m.

• 6 a.m.

Job Type: On-Site

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain hospital electromechanical equipment, i.e. refrigerators, sterilizers, ice machines, kitchen appliances, range/stove/cookers, electric beds, carts/tables/poles, handing fixtures, lights, etc.

• Repair and maintain automatic doors and locks.

• Repair and maintain complex systems including normal and emergency electrical power systems, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, nurse-call, pneumatic tube systems, etc.

• Perform maintenance on minor electrical equipment, lamps and fixtures.

• React to emergencies and serve as a one person department during evenings and weekends.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years 3-5 years of job category-specific experience required

• At least 5 years 5-7 years of job category-specific experience preferred

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

• CFC License preferred
