We are currently seeking a Sr Logistics Cost Analyst. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong analytical background who will be responsible for analyzing freight and duty costs for the transportation group.

You Will:

• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation and duties cost management and providing regular reports to senior management

• Undertake detailed and thorough logistics analysis across all the project teams to identify opportunities to aid efficiency and cost optimization through evaluation of data and provide ongoing operational analyses

• Develop financial modeling and perform regular refresh based on data and information updates. Set up and provide regular dashboards / reports on logistics financial performance measures and all KPIs to support communications to senior leadership for specific areas of the logistics process, ensuring logistics costs and processes are monitored, managed and under control

• Monitoring actual/forecasted cost against budget, analyzing variances, and aligning on operational rationale and financial implications with the operating team

• Responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support logistics management. Make recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing costs

• Perform data cleaning, regular maintenance data pipeline with data from vendors, regular dashboard maintenance. Conduct regular check for data quality and communicate with vendors to improve the data quality

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance or information management. Master's Degree a plus

• 2+ years of experience in cost management, budgeting, and analysis

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics and/or supply chain industry preferred

• Proficiency in cost modeling and analysis tools including advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, Airflow, Git to perform regular model updates and data management

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$81,600-$112,200 USD
