We are hiring for a remote or in house position for this role and would prefer someone in either the pacific or mountain time zone so that there is not too much of a time difference between their home office and our office here in California.

The key attributes for a successful candidate here would be:

Ability to review complex income scenarios for self-employed borrowers (including corporate tax returns)

Multi-tasking experience working with multiple lenders on files

Comfortable and experienced in working directly with borrowers to obtain loan conditions

Experience with purchase transactions as well as refinances Conventional, FHA and VA preferred.

Customer-focused, positive and team-player attitude

VIEW JOBS Summary The Sr. Test Equipment Engineer Temp designs, develops and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. In this role, one supports the integration and testing of unmanned aircraft systems and payloads. Note: This is a temporary position (W-2 contract) targeted for approximately a 12 month assignment Position Responsibilities * Designs, develops, deploys, troubleshoots and upgrades test equipment used in testing PCBAs, sub-systems, and systems * This position requires C# / OOP software development using Visual Studio IDE. Experience in NI TestStand & LabVIEW is also required. * Develops test plans, requirements/specifications and strategies * Analyzes, processes, and formats test results * Independently drives for results & consistently meets deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines * Works with diverse teams across multiple disciplines * Provides timely feedback to the product design team to improve the testability of design * Develop a variety of power conversion devices, motor control systems and avionics from early stages of design through final testing and manufacturing support * Execute functional, performance and environmental tests on avionics power & propulsion components * Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of intangibles * Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other team members (Team Lead) * Other duties as assigned Special Requirements U.S. Citizenship, U.S Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) or asylee/refugee as defined by U.S.C.b(a)(3) required. VIEW JOBS We are currently seeking a Sr. Contracts Administrator - Temp to support our team for approximately 6 months. This is a remote temporary assignment (W-2 contract), with full time hours (40 per week) on a 9/80 work schedule. Summary The Sr. Contracts Administrator supports the mission of the AeroVironment Contracts Department by providing excellence in Contracts Administration to internal and external customers. One possesses expert knowledge and understanding of professional Contracts Administration within the aerospace and defense industry. The Sr. Contracts Administrator supports the bid, capture and contract negotiation processes, and then ensures efficient performance throughout the life of each contract, supporting amendments and interpretations as necessary. Detail-orientation is a must in this role. Position Responsibilities * Work with the Contracts Manager and other functions including Sales, Strategy and Marketing, Finance, and the Legal team on bid and proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract review and administration for new and sustaining products. * Responsible for generating compliance matrices and making recommendations in accordance with AV policies and procedures. Presently hold a U.S. Security Clearance strongly desired.
