Position Overview

The Senior Lead of Leasing Operations will be charged with maintaining data integrity of the Salesforce system; primarily focusing on (but not limited to) the permanent leasing side of the business. This person has oversight for a suite of periodic reports as well as maintenance of the leasing dashboards. This role is also the point of contact for any questions/issues with use of the system. As roll-out matures and bugs are identified, The Senior Lead of Leasing Operations will monitor and work with the team to ensure system functionality and resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on audits of information (mainly deals and leases) in Salesforce to ensure accuracy of our reporting and legitimacy of the data

  • Assist with managing information and internal reporting for the leasing division

  • Confirm all aspects of deals are completed for maximum data integrity prior to deals being presented at Pre-lease including:

  • Prior deal and budget information is entered correctly for spread reporting, Financial metrics of the deal filled out correctly,

  • Lease Facilitation has commented and their comments are incorporated,

  • Tenant Coordination has confirmed dates/scopes.

  • Attachments (lease plans, lease plan close-ups, concept LOD's, comps, kiosk exhibits, etc.) are uploaded as required, and LOI matches write-up

  • Control (through coordination with Lease Accounting) data entry integrity of contact information, tenant names, legal entities, DBA's and the maintenance of the relationships between them along with other crucial fields (i.e., analysts make updates)

  • Will assist in identification/write-up of any system enhancements or bug fixes required in Salesforce

  • Will serve as business SME and help with testing of resolutions provided by IT

  • Resource to deal makers for how to be proficient in all aspects and use of the Salesforce application

  • Conduit to provide info for unique requests or assistance, gaining information through identified support roles in other disciplines

  • Identifies variance from budgeted charges and quote rates (including utilities) and confirms accuracy with Corporate Finance

  • Assist in special projects as required including coordinating reconfigurations/revised budgets and forecasting

  • Interact with many departments, including, but not limited to:

  • Corporate Finance: Responsible for ensuring charges and budget information is accurate when uploaded and confirms/responds to requests from Leasing Coordinator with variances/questions and updates financial information based on Leasing Coordinator's request for reconfigurations,

  • Lease Accounting: Owns the contact info based on JDE; Leasing Coordinator makes revisions and clears through Lease Accounting to ensure consistency. Lease Accounting also provides data to Corporate Finance to confirm variances in charges based on lease language,

  • Information Technology (IT): Troubleshoots issues identified by Leasing Coordinator and brings problems to resolution and Tenant Coordination: Confirms dates are correct in deal write-ups and assists with space reconfiguration questions

This is a critical role in executing Evolent Health's mission by managing data-driven activities related to data profiling, data discovery and analysis, requirements definition, testing and continuous improvement of data collection, mapping, analysis and transformation processes. What You'll Be Doing: * Providing Tier 3 (expert) support for data issues in a complex, multi-sourced healthcare data warehouse ecosystem including numerous upstream and downstream data processes and consumers * Responding with urgency in high-pressure, time-critical situations where production data issues impact customer experience, deliverables, or patient care. * Perform deep-dive and root cause analysis and lead solution development and implementation on change order projects and production issues for existing operational customers. * Shepherd projects through requirements definition, analysis, development, QA and deployment working closely with numerous partner teams and owning responsibility and driving project completion, quality, and timeliness. * Multi-task effectively across a variety of change order projects and production triage tickets simultaneously. * Serve as subject matter expert in primary data domain and coach/mentor team members * Assist and support QA team members in test strategy and test case development and execution.
