Primary Purpose of the Position:
This position will facilitate impactful learning which delivers consistent business value and develops employees to reach their professional goals. The role manages learning programs end to end ensuring the learning experience efficiently meets the objectives and firm strategy. The incumbent will receive direction from Practice Lead and Program Managers regarding upcoming learning deliveries. The position partners with manager to ensure cross training and certifications are up to date and will partner and provide input to design team on the learner needs and business priorities.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Career Development and Program Management: Manage and execute programs supporting talent initiatives. Partner across HR and with other business units throughout the talent lifecycle to strategize, build and implement solutions which may include career systems and paths, performance management tools, individual development planning, and succession planning. Define and measure program performance metrics relative to defined current and future talent needs of the various business units.
Project Management: Manage large scope projects with direct accountability for project deliverables, and in coordinating and compiling the work of others (e.g., internal resources and/or external vendors).
Consulting: Consult and bring innovative talent development strategies that help the business attain results and build pipeline candidates.
Facilitation: Support formal and informal learning facilitation, including use of technology and social platforms, to reach and engage a global audience.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a productive working relationship across HR teams and with other business units to ensure alignment and well-coordinated, efficient, strategic and measurable program execution.
Knowledge and skills
Strong Project and Program Management experience
Communication skills - ability to interact and influence at all levels as well as ability to interact with a geographically diverse team
Instructional design and development methodologies, theories and practices
Training evaluation and assessment
Previous experience designing and developing talent solutions to address business needs
Experience in competency modeling and management
Strong client relationship management experience
Ability to provide coaching and consultation to business clients as well as HR partners
6+ years experience in a related field
Developing competency models and career pathing
Defining and measuring project and performance metrics
