Role Summary The Sr. Lead Influencer Marketing Manager will lead the development and establish of an Influencer Marketing function at Rivian, shaping its direction and impact from the ground up while proving to the broader organization the return on its investment. This individual reports into the Sr.

Director, Integrated Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing an influencer marketing strategy for the Rivian brand, leading and overseeing influencer content creation, distribution, and campaign optimization based on platform, partner, and messaging. This role will work cross functionally with Integrated Marketing, Growth Marketing (and respective channel leads), and Creative teams (both internal and external agency partners), to drive Marketing goals of building the Rivian brand while driving demand for our products. This candidate will be a thought leader and subject matter expert on influencer marketing, understand what is trending in digital and social channels, and be a collaborative relationship builder who is able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities Define and establish an Influencer Marketing strategy that contributes to our overall marketing goals. Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to define the role of Influencer Marketing in building the Rivian brand.

Identify what success looks like in Influencer Marketing inclusive of key performance indicators, and build a corresponding budget to achieve those KPIs.

Develop the content and messaging strategy that leverages Influencers in a social-first approach, while maintaining the high integrity of creative output of the brand. Build an Influencer Marketing "playbook" including operating models, how we establish and foster trusted relationships with influencers, and what a successful Influencer Marketing effort looks like.

Identify and build strategic relationships with social influencers and influencer agency partners to produce both organic and paid content.

Successfully execute product launches, evergreen marketing campaigns and brand initiatives with an influencer first strategy that supports overall business priorities and ladders up to team OKRs Manage influencer marketing forecast, budget, and optimizations based on business needs. Work with legal to negotiate and finalize contracts with influencers or agency partners.

Develop and implement measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns.

Establish benchmarks and KPIs to track progress, evaluate impact, and inform data-driven decisions for future initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of driving business results. Experience in automotive and/or tech industry preferred Expertise in influencer campaign strategies and execution.

Experience using analytics tools and delivering data-driven insights. Ability to set long-term strategy, clear goals, and KPIs. In-depth knowledge of social media and influencer marketing platforms, tactics, agencies, and talent.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Creative thinker, with the ability to quickly assess opportunities and challenges, and the ability to innovate. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $159,200 to $199,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). 8+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of driving business results. Experience in automotive and/or tech industry preferred Expertise in influencer campaign strategies and execution.
