The Sr Lead Government Property Admin - Federal is responsible for tracking all Government property in accordance with Lumen's Government approved Property Management Plan and the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Main Responsibilities
Backup to Government Property Manager Provide oversight and review of property team's tasking to ensure accuracy of records and timeliness to keep the team current on their property duties Conduct quality checks on customer deliverable reports prior to submitting Ability to task property team when necessary Assist in resolution of any issues encountered with property records and processes Some areas of oversight Verify accuracy of property records per FAR requirements.Life cycle management of all assets. Maintain backup files supporting records for Government audit purposes. Generate and deliver quarterly and annual property reports to Government customers or as required.Ensure proper disposition of excess, obsolete, or damaged Government property. Ensure accurate recording of physical inventory data and resolve discrepancies found during inventory. Work with field personnel in conducting annual physical inventories of Government assets and that all database records are updated/adjusted appropriately.Open Lost, Damaged, Destroyed or Theft (LDDT) cases with the Government for any equipment falling in this category. Work with engineers and field techs on any issues regarding Government property. Interface with customers as required on issues pertaining to Government property.Some travel may be required. Skills Strong knowledge of FAR requirements pertaining to property management Proficient in Excel Knowledge of SAP a plus Must be able to communicate effectively Highly organized and be able to multi-task. Ability to work effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment.Education and Experience At least two years experience in Government property administration. Associate's degree preferred. Security Requirements US Citizenship required.Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information (applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation).
