About the Role
LendingClub is looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented and highly collaborative Sr Jira Engineer to join our Corporate Technology Team supporting collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and OpsGenie. Experience with cloud-based and on-prem systems and prior Atlassian products is a must. As LendingClub expands its geographic footprint and engages with remote workers and vendors, this role is integral to our evolving and diverse technical environment.
What You'll Do
Work with a cross-functional team of both internal and external stakeholders to design, setup, tune, configure, and test Jira project workflows and Confluence wiki pages
Lead collaboration tool efforts, migrations and deployments while providing feedback on current systems, helping to evolve new designs that meet changing needs
Manage relationships with external vendors/integrators
Innovate to enhance user experience and productivity, while ensuring systems are active and reliable for end users
Build automations using Scriptrunner, JMWE, Groovy, and other similar tools
Develop integrations utilizing APIs, webhooks, and incoming mail handlers
Manage projects, workflows, post-functions, conditions, and validators as requested by users
Create documentation for support and configuration for Atlassian based LendingClub systems
Work with Desktop Systems and Helpdesk teams to ensure integration with Jira Assets for hardware inventory across all locations
Work with our Integration teams to develop automation for onboarding, offboarding, and other areas to streamline workflows
Ensure regulatory compliance
Regularly maintain the health of our environment by proactively deactivating or removing fields, projects, and workflows that are no longer in use
Manage contractors who assist with day-to-day work ensuring timely deliverables
About You
6+ years of experience, bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field of study; or equivalent work experience
As a curious technologist with an eye for efficiency and passion for creating great user experiences, you will have at least 4+ years relevant experience in Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, multi-site and highly collaborative environment
Experience working with and knowledge of entire Atlassian product stack
The ability to work independently, prioritize, and successfully deliver and manage simultaneous projects
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Work Location
San Francisco, CA or Lehi, UT.
We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Time Zone Requirements
Primarily PT or MT.
Travel Requirements

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 145,000-160,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
