Sr. IT Security Analyst

The Sr. Information Security Analyst is responsible for the security and availability of information assets at Omnicell. The SA will maintain focus on monitoring, incident response, security awareness training, vulnerability management and other security and/or compliance related tasks. The position plays an important role in implementing effective information security & risk management solutions while providing key support necessary to protect the information assets of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for threat monitoring, incident investigation and response.

  • Collaborates with adjacent IT teams in securing and monitoring network & server infrastructures, applications, filtering appliances, firewalls and cloud-based services.

  • Analyzes security log and event data.

  • Identifies, implements and administers technologies and solutions that improve the security posture of Omnicell.

  • Contributes to the development of security standards, access controls, and compliance requirements of applications, network infrastructure, servers, and workstations.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert regarding security best practices.

  • Maintains awareness of current and emerging threat landscape.

  • Compiles security & compliance metrics.

  • Documents and escalates security incidents within specified/assigned systems to ensure timely follow-up and tracking.

  • Trains staff in security awareness and procedures.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure components and concepts like networking, server administration, firewalls, access controls, and identity and access management.

  • Strong understanding of encryption technologies.

  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management practices, systems and controls.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Acts with integrity.

  • Demonstrate the ability to adjust to changes in customer demands or operational goals.

  • Results-oriented and can demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

  • Strong teamwork with peers with a consultative solution approach.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and experience in business-related interactions.

  • Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to provide user support both remotely and in person.

  • Desire to learn new skills and technology.

  • Flexibility to work some off-hours and on weekends.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree

  • 5+ years of work experience in IT-related fields.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT security-related applications, processes, and procedures.

  • Demonstrable experience using risk-based/cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, and knowledge of cyber incident management processes.

  • Demonstratable experience with Networks-, Mobile Devices- and Windows Operating System Risks and Vulnerabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desired Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, GCIA, GCIH, GPEN or CEH.

  • Cloud security operations, Cisco, and other network and firewall certifications and training a plus.

Work Conditions:

  • Office Environment.

  • Some travel (Once per quarter or less).

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst for our Quality department in our Cranberry Twp., PA location. This newly added position will be reporting to the Global Director of Field Quality. The Sr. Quality Business Analyst will be supporting data analytics on a wide scale for products and services and be active in the field. Responsibilities: * Attain relevant business product performance data and organize for decision support * Work with stakeholders in the development of metrics/scorecards * Work with quality engineers to compile data for metrics reporting * Provide information to Quality functions for on-going business support * Perform other duties which may be assigned as part of the essential functions of the position Required Knowledge and Skills: * Ability to effectively interface and communicate with multiple constituents, including senior management, consultants, vendors, and employees at all levels * Ability to work collaboratively with peers and team members * Change agent who accepts and supports new ideas and processes * Refined multi-tasking and time management skills * Strongly demonstrated attention to detail * Strongly demonstrated organizational skills * Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects * Demonstrated proficiency with common MS office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) * Self-starter, organized, analytical and decisive * Demonstrated ability to organize data and create sound information * Strongly demonstrated verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and data mining techniques such as: logistic and linear regression, segmentation techniques, optimization and time-series forecasting. * Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table). Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Analytical discipline * 7+ years working with product performance / quality data * 3+ years' experience in business analytics to include: * Data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, and data profiling * Analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results * Performing data analysis and data management activities Preferred Qualifications: * ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or FDA Regulated Medical Device experience * Master's degree and 5+ years quality experience * Advanced level skill in analytic tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, JMP, MiniTab, MS SQL, SAS or other statistical software. * Advanced level skill in Microsoft Access (for example: modifying default field properties, creating a sub-form, adding a control button, modifying query criteria and query totals, using conditional formatting and/or viewing data relationships.
