Randstad is partnering with this industry leader to help them find a Senior IT Recruiter in the fast growing market of Columbus, OH!

The Senior Technology Recruiter will help find the very best talent in the market and recruit Technology professionals for business critical vacancies working hand in hand with our hiring community. Our recruiting model focuses on Geographical markets, so that you become a subject matter expert for the location that you work in, understanding your market and being able to find and attract talent for the location that you support.

In addition, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible to:

  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business in a cost effective manner

  • End to end ownership of the recruitment process

  • Maintaining a dialogue with the hiring manager on aspects of the people agenda such as diversity, mobility and location strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Proper utilization of relevant recruitment and HR systems

  • Building robust relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisor

  • Structuring and negotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managers

  • Providing support and advice to hiring managers - demonstrating knowledge and subject matter expertise within the aligned technology discipline

  • Opportunity to work on global recruitment projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Significant experience with full life cycle recruiting with specialist knowledge of Software Development, Cloud, Cyber/Security and Infrastructure market

  • Experience in both corporate and agency is desired

  • Direct sourcing tools and approaches such as social media, x-ray searches, etc.

  • Prior success at delivering talent pipelines for technology groups

  • An ability to drive through challenges using innovative approaches and solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with a variety of levels of candidates and clients

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Excellent communication skills and adaptable style

  • Ability to operate in a large scale matrix reporting environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstrated control and governance within the recruitment process

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo

  • Enthusiastic and passionate approach regarding technology recruiting

As a(n) Talent Sourcer - Field Staffing Recruiter (Community Living) you will: As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Sourcer (Field) provides regional support to Operations by sourcing, attracting and driving top talent from the marketplace to gain competitive advantage and promote the company's growth. Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing talent for current and future openings. Overnight travel is required with the amount of travel varying by region. Position will ideally be based at a local office or agency. Responsibilities: * Collaborates with HR and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs. Daily monitors the regions open positions reports to anticipate and predict staffing needs for each operation/agency and line of business, while validating priority needs. * Create pipelines of candidates for critical skills areas by utilizing sourcing methodologies to identify, attract and recruit quality talent. Partners with Hiring Managers and process owners to ensure the new hire experience is positive and reflective of the company's culture and standards. * Anticipates and predicts low staffing levels and acts to proactively hire qualified talent. * Develops relationships with leaders of referral sources including, but not limited to: high schools, technical schools, colleges, universities, job training programs, workforce development and other community resources. * Sources candidates via local community outreach, networking and college relationships.
