Long term position Navistar, Inc is a truck manufacturing company pursuing several aggressive business goals. The Project Manager's initial project(s) will likely include: Critical enhancements for suppliers and our Supplier Recovery team and/or new or existing projects in the Manufacturing area.

The PM will work closely with the Business Analyst, Subject Matter Experts and business partners to ensure the desired functionality is successfully delivered. Education requirement: Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Systems Years of Experience:

At least 8 years Responsibilities Drive and enforce standards for full life-cycle application projects: Manage pre-project activities (including resource acquisition and SOWs) and drive all stages through project completion Deliver SDLC documents per PMO policy, including Business Case, ROM estimates, Project Charter, Project Schedule Work Breakdown Structure, and Lessons Learned Establish and promote a strong working partnership between business and IT members of the team and insure excellent communications between team members, stakeholders and management at all levels Control scope and manage the change control process Schedule and lead team meetings and deployment efforts Track, publish and follow up on action items and issues Proactively remove roadblocks and escalate as appropriate to management Monitor spending against budget milestones and take corrective action as needed Qualifications At least 8+ years of recent, successful CORE IT Project Management experience delivering business applications Experience leading cross-functional team(s) in a collaborative software development environment. Able to effectively lead teams through all stages of a project Experience working with 3rd party software implementations a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational and creative problem-solving skills Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Proven ability to drive change Proven ability to handle complexity (both technical and organizational) Strong understanding of systems.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the following areas: * Manage Private Label parts portfolio with Navistar's North American Parts organization managing over $500M in annual revenue. * Work with cross-functional teams to initiate, manage and execute new product launch and a mange life cycle of current products * Develop pricing RFQ's and spot quotes to secure sales and penetrate market presence * Develop pricing strategies for current and future products * Track revenue and margin by maintaining a KPI matrix and report results effectively to upper management * Create promotional materials and develop strategies for Go-to market success * Collaborate with Sales and National Account Managers to retrieve market feedback and ensure customer satisfaction * Manage projects from start up to fully operational with focus on strategic goals and time requirements * Gather data and conduct in-depth analysis of market share and look for areas for development * Launch programs that identify opportunities aligned with company strategies and sales targets * Other duties as assigned In this highly visible role you will analyze market trends through dealer performance metrics for Navistar's Aftermarket Parts segments: Fleetrite and RENEWED brands. This position is accountable for development and execution of product marketing plans to achieve incremental, profitable growth of through collaboration with dealer and fleet sales teams.You will identify opportunities for growing existing categories and recommend new product introduction opportunities. Your work will require project management experience and collaboration with several internal teams including purchasing, sales, dealer operations and distribution. You will oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs as well as establish pricing strategies.Responsibilities for growing product categories include but not limited to: * Product viability * Dealer capture and retention * Life cycle management * Involvement in purchase negotiations * Dealer performance Position Purpose and Requirements Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
