Thisis a senior role that will work closely with C-level execs and other seniorlevel managers gathering information, providing feedback and makingrecommendations to create technology solutions. Act as a programmanagement leader to head up technical projects for the company.

Major Duties &Responsibilities:

  • Managetechnical projects and programs while working closely with business partners,non-technical and technical staff.

  • Gatherrequirements and define scope of projects as well as resource allocationrequirements.

  • Managevendor relationships both technical and non-technical.

  • Createa communication strategy that reaches all levels of the organization with theinformation they need to see.

  • Communicateproject status/progress with project teams, management and interact withC-level staff.

  • Developplans and schedules for projects with well-defined milestone that fit withinthe corporate vision and information strategy.

  • Performcost benefit analysis with the information gathered from senior businessleaders and management.

  • Abilityto travel to key corporate sites to meet with other internal or externalmanagement teams.

  • Abilityto interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning allorganizational levels.

  • Understand,comprehend and explain a data-driven approach to solve complex challenges.

  • Leadthe requirement gathering process with our business users, including helpdefining valuable cost benefit analysis and put together a schedule and planwith the help of our vendors and internal technical staff to deliver thesolution.

Knowledge &Skills Requirements:

  • BS/MSin Computer Science or related fields and/or relevant work experience.

  • 8-10years of program management or related experience in B2B software with a proventrack record developing and driving initiatives, managing development, andinteracting with customers preferably within the insurance/financial servicesindustries.

  • Experiencemanaging large scale projects using well defined, industry standards andproject design life cycle, six sigma and/or operational excellence methodologies.

  • Understandthe advantages of leveraging business intelligence, data warehousing andapplication development to streamline the company's processes and operations.

  • Stronginterpersonal skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with teammembers in marketing, sales, development, and customer support.

  • Understandingof general business issues including external factors that impact the business,industry, and product strategy.

  • Experienceidentifying and documenting customer requirements, preferably in the insuranceagency market.
