Ellie Mae IT department is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the IT team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Technology, Infrastructure, Architecture, Data Center, Cloud and operations. The position reports to the Director of IT PMO. There are a number of highly strategic programs to plan and execute: Rollout of Palo Alto Prisma Access as Global VPN solution, implementation of Cisco ISE, 802 1x Certificate based Authentication, respond to yearly/quarterly audits internal and external such as SOC & FFIEC, and Acquisition Integrations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

  • Work with IT and the Information Security leaders and understand the project needs. Help articulate the options, and translate requirements into program objectives and scope

  • Develop and manage a detailed project or program plan, and own the projects and programs

  • Scale the programs to executable phases or sprints and drive them to successful outcome

  • Provide structure and the necessary processes without complication and slowing execution

  • Communicate effectively within the teams as well as to executives and business stakeholders

  • Aggregate, organize, and communicate program and project information with internal customers, stakeholders and extended teams.

  • Leverage Change & Release management's current processes, and help to enhance best practices to ensure the successful adoption

  • Effectively manage risk, compliance and security considerations, partnering with colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made and communicated at all times

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of IT Infrastructure program management experience

  • PMP or PgMP certification can be a plus

  • Experience in infrastructure project rollouts/cutover, business change management, Corporate IT Service management

  • Must have good Analytical skills

  • Be able to provide technical documentation where needed

  • A self-starter that enjoys the challenge

  • Organized, creative and a problem-solver

  • Must be able to work with technical staff

  • Focused, and balanced, provide a climate control for the teams during tough and good phases

  • Strong people skills and ability to work collaboratively with other project managers too

  • Endless aptitude for learning new technologies, approaches and leveraging tools of the trade while remaining thoughtful and flexible

Position Summary The Sr. Sales Pipeline Programs Manager will be responsible for developing Key Performance Indicators in tracking the lifecycle of leads to closed business within the sales operations function for the new client acquisition side of the business. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves individual that has a very strong work ethic, is well organized, responsive, analytically skilled, action oriented, and quality minded with 10 years+ in support of both Consulting Services and ERP Sales and Technology Software Services businesses. With a constant focus on process improvement, delivery execution and operational efficiencies, specific areas of responsibility include: * Developing and Implementing pipeline reporting processes * Adoption and deployment of Sales Tools and Best Practices * Sales Analytics and Reporting from lead stages through pipeline stages, lead conversion rates, and win rates * Supporting role in Systems Implementation * Predicting Behavioral Aspects of Sales Compensation Plans * Demonstrated Ability to drive change across sales and marketing functions More specifically, the ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following: * Oversight and production of Funnel Models * Identify leaks and highlight reasons * Work with Sales and marketing revenue team to monitor and publish funnel metrics, identify reasons, and propose cross Line Of Business (LOB) solutions * Identify variances from targeted KPI's and propose solutions * Drive process changes to improve efficiencies * Outputs from the inspection of the funnel process will result in proposals for inter LOB solutions such as tightening up of lead definitions, pipe definitions, and building consensus on funnel KPI metrics This role will then identify variances from the agreed to funnel KPI metrics (e.g. lead production, conversion rates, leakage, close rates, staleness of lead pool) and roll out initiatives to bridge the variances. * Measure, review findings, and where appropriate offer proposals and drive initiatives to remediate possible variances such as: * variances in leads/HC by region; * variances in lead conversion to pipe rates by region; * vague guidance on what constitutes conversion of lead to pipeline; * standardize duration of opportunities in lead stage In addition to these customary funnel operations functions, the successful candidate will be called on for some of the following: * Responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining sales enablement tools, sales policies and procedures, client data repository; and provides general sales operations support (SME/Helpdesk) * Provide regular and ad hoc business reporting utilizing Qlik and other similar BI tools * Supports Office of the COO with other operational tasks and projects as needed, including periodic presentations for Board, Investors and other internal audiences This is a high-level individual contributor role, residing in or near HQ in Pleasanton, CA, reporting jointly to the WW Vice President of Sales Operations and to the office of the Chief Operating Officer Internal candidates domiciled outside of Pleasanton who are subject matter experts with several years of relevant RSI experience may be considered.
