The Sr. Inventory Control Analyst will support the Inventory Control process under the Accounting Department. You will be involved in the day to day functions of the Retail and Wholesale Inventory Control activity from an Accounting perspective and will be counted upon to perform variance analysis of our inventory and provide insights on how to improve our inventory control policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for system accuracy for inventory on hand, reconciliation and balancing between WMS and Inventory sub ledgers Reconcile and balance inventory on hands and transactions between E-commerce service provider and Inventory sub ledgers Create and maintain inventory roll-forwards Track, analyze and resolve inventory out of balances Responsible for multiple inventory system maintenance, review inventory transactions, inventory transfers and other related inventory activities in the system, report variance and resolve as needed. Report and coordinate with IT department for system issues, maintenance and development Work closely with Logistics, Distribution Center Operations, and Store Operations to ensure proper control over inventory throughout the organization Assist, review, analyze and investigate cycle count variance and physical inventory variance for the distribution center.

    Report as needed. Monitor and report on in-transit inventory from Distribution Center to Stores and Store to Store Process correcting adjustments as needed Assist in implementation and testing of inventory system application modifications and upgrades Work on special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or business related field 1-2 years related inventory analysis experience preferably in a similar industry Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Full Circle and Netsuite a plus Ability to adapt to new computer programs and software for efficient data gathering and analysis Ability to research, compile, and interpret data Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products Strong organizational and communication skills

VIEW JOBS 11/20/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-18T00:00 The Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review ("CCAR") Controls Analyst is responsible for reviewing, testing and analyzing existing model and process controls, as well as developing and implementing new controls under the supervision of the Controls Manager. The Controls Analyst will refine existing controls, remediate control gaps, and provide assistance in creating and editing requisite CCAR controls documentation. The role requires strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Responsibilities: * Review and analyze existing controls in place for CCAR models, key regulatory reporting processes and risks / controls specific to reporting schedule FR Y-14A. * Under manager direction, develop and implement new CCAR controls that can be successfully validated by Risk Management, Audit and regulators. * Validate efficacy of CCAR models and processes. Basic Qualifications: * *Bachelor's degree required. * *Minimum 2 years of financial modeling, CCAR reporting, developing process flow charts, and/or implementing internal controls. * *Minimum 5 years banking or financial institution experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced degree in finance, math or statistics preferred * Must have working knowledge of bank processes/controls * Must have strong knowledge of the CCAR reporting schedules for FR Y14A; experience with controls around modeling, macros, and access is a plus * Experience working in formal control environments with strong understanding of schedules Y9C, 14A; data governance, risks and controls * Skilled in working in multiple projects simultaneously with several departments * Must have strong analytical skills to review end to end processes, understanding each individual phase and the transition from one to the next, ensuring risks and controls are properly defined, and that meaningful control indicators are implemented to monitor the control levels throughout the entire process * Must have strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio * Possess self-initiative with the ability to be highly organized * Proactive individual who has the ability to work across organizational lines, at both the executive and non-executive levels, to advance and implement initiatives * Represents basic qualifications of the position.
