Job Summary

Leidos is seeking candidates for a Senior Collection Requirements Manager for a USAF ACC ISR Support program.

The CM shall conduct global, enterprise-wide intelligence analysis in order to identify and recommend how the U.S. military can best defend itself against fielded and planned worldwide threats. As new global challenges arrive, the contractor shall assess these threats and provide the Government with intelligence analysis, assessments, and various intelligence products.

The contractor shall provide experienced, qualified analysts to provide operational, technical and planning support to ACC. Analysts shall be responsible for analyzing multi-source intelligence, processing, exploiting, correlating and fusing information into a net-centric environment.

The CM shall perform executive level analysis and assessments in applying advanced principles, theories and concepts to a wide range of work in the areas of planning, deployment, operation and enhancement of advanced technology for ISR systems and capabilities. Tasks include, but are not limited to creative technical solutions and studies to current problems sets; effectiveness and efficiency assessments; and development of new ISR integration capabilities into joint warfighting constructs. The contractor shall provide the following analysis levels of support.

a. The CM shall provide Executive Multi-Discipline Analysis in accordance with the following criteria.
1.Provide oversight and guidance to full spectrum of mission areas providing multi-discipline, correlated and fused intelligence analysis in response to multiple echelons of command validated requirements.
2.Validate and enforce tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), system operating, and standardized procedural instructions for production and dissemination of multi-discipline ISR, PED, and geospatial support.
3.Monitor organizational compliance and responsiveness to multi-discipline intelligence requirements, standards, and customer requests for information/support.
4.Provide advanced intelligence problem set, trend, network and system of systems analysis.
5.Validate, implement, and monitor the development, maintenance and execution of initial and recurring system-specific and mission qualification training and certification.
6.Provide oversight, guidance and direction to user help desk and troubleshooting support for organizational systems and applications infrastructure.
7.Guide and direct the multi-discipline ISR collection management activities supporting the organizational mission.
8.Implement a quality control process for collection management, analytic, and production activities in order to maintain optimum mission support.
9.Serve as senior arbiter between air component operations and intelligence elements, producer elements and RFI customers regarding specific tasking's.
10. Monitor the management and utilization of unit personnel resources.



Basic Qualifications :

  • Requires a Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of prior relevant Intelligence experience. Examples (GEOINT, All Source , SIGINT, HUMINT , OSINT, Collection Management )
  • Experience performing intelligence analysis and fusion to provide actionable intelligence to warfighters.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • OIF/OEF or CENTCOM AOR deployment experience

  • Target Cycle execution and improvement

Required Security Clearance: Candidates must have an active TOP SECRET SCI security clearance.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life Collect past due payments from customers on accounts that are delinquent 30 days or more: * Call and/or send letters to customers for past due payments of 30 days or more. Work with customers if their checks are returned or if payment is stopped. * Negotiate payment terms with customers. Negotiate settlements with customers in conjunction with manager. * Recommend file placement to outside attorneys or collection agencies if collection attempts are unsuccessful. Work with customers to resolve billing problems and maintain collector portfolio: * Answer customer account questions by phone or in person. * Write credits for late charge fees and clear customer history for mistakes made or service problems that occurred. Act as a liaison between the customer and service departments when needed. * Correct customer addresses, phone numbers and employment information in the system. Correct errors when wrong account is billed for merchandise. Correct mis-applied payments on customer accounts. * Verify or dispute information on accounts for credit bureaus. * Handle charge-backs – find out why customer is disputing the charge, collect on confirmed charge backs, or turn over to collection agency, and report service issues to appropriate department and log on Unity folder. * Utilize minimum monthly payment tool on qualified customer accounts. * Utilize service issue resolution tool on qualified customer accounts.
