As the Sr Inside Sales Rep, you will drive sales for specific customer accounts or region and achieve increased sales targets from existing accounts/customers aligned with
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Increase sales by recommending new product offerings to existing customers.
Increase the customer base and influence cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success.
Drive new customer leads to outside sales
Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems
Analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders
Mentor and train junior sales representatives
Drive business growth by closing sales
Improve systems, processes, or procedures to enhance efficiencies
Share understanding of Resideo products, systems, and procedures to drive greater efficiency and increase team ability
