The Sr. Infrastructure Integration Specialist / Project Manager will work within the Operations Technology organization and will support the delivery infrastructure and partner on the development and delivery of the applications to their target environments. This role will include assisting with development and integration challenges required to refresh and migrate, and deployment into classic infrastructure and cloud environments. The Integration Specialist will participate in environment planning, hardware ordering, tracking, reporting and delivery. Day to day duties will include integrating into scrum teams to drive infrastructure requirements within the application teams' development efforts, assisting with access and integration challenges as required, and planning the execution of application deployment in their target environments.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Strong understanding of the service, functional area, and Infrastructure and their inter dependencies
Understand infrastructure components, how they are tracked and managed in various systems; as well as their integration into application architecture
Strong application development background including web and database integration
Understanding of KEON/BOKS/LDAP access control systems
In depth knowledge of infrastructure support methods
Knowledge of project management basics
Minimum 3+ years of service level management experience
Minimum 3+ years working in Linux based environments
Ability to learn and embrace new tools and systems quickly
Strong ability to self-manage, gauge a situation, and take appropriate action
Understanding of operating systems, database concepts, and middleware
Ability to build and maintain exception customer relationships
Strong team facilitation skills
Ability to read application architectural logical and physical diagrams
Has a mindset for risk and control compliance to departmental and companywide standards
Executes within a client centric environment for teams and contributors
Works effectively with teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals
Works well with team members, develops meaningful relationships to achieve common goals, and communicates effectively to gain shared understanding of strategic requirements

Partnering with development team efforts to implement their applications into corporate infrastructure and cloud environments.
Assisting with integration challenges associated with web application and database deployments.
Engage in level of effort discussions with developers as content expert in code to infrastructure integration
Plan, track and manage the proper use of technology infrastructure to optimize delivery and cost
Ability to collect, compile and manage all data associated with assigned infrastructure project deployments and service requests
Identify Service Desk process and knowledge gaps and streamline procedures for efficient response to customer inquires
Ability to create original documentation as well as update existing
Acts independently and leverages critical thinking
Advocates for customer base when faced with Infrastructure or Business Critical issues
Point of escalation for customer inquiries and problem resolution
